\nOur suppliers must meet high standards, all the way from production to delivery. These demanding quality requi\u00adre\u00adments apply along the entire supply chain. This includes the protection of animals, our natural environment and human rights and is supported by generally accepted guide\u00adlines and audit systems.
\nContractors guarantee that their upstream suppliers also satisfy the specific requi\u00adre\u00adments of this Code of Conduct in uninter\u00adrupted supply chains.<\/p>\n

2. Quality<\/strong>
\nProduct respon\u00adsi\u00adbility is a consistent hallmark of our actions. All our actions follow the requi\u00adre\u00adments resulting from ISO 9001, GMP+ B3 and HACP.<\/p>\n

3. Integrity<\/strong>
\nWe require our suppliers to observe the funda\u00admental human rights and relevant national laws. We demand sincerity and fairness in all business activities.<\/p>\n

4. Bribery and corruption<\/strong>
\nWe take a clear stance with respect to bribery and corruption: KH Boddin GmbH employees will neither accept bribes and kickbacks, not will they offer them.
\nWe comply with all national and inter\u00adna\u00adtional laws and regula\u00adtions pertaining to undue benefits for public officers.<\/p>\n

5. Social standards<\/strong>
\nKH Boddin GmbH does not tolerate its suppliers to engage in any form of explo\u00aditation such as forced labour or child labour. These standards play a very important role for KH Boddin GmbH. This is why we chose not to work with suppliers or customers who cannot meet these standards.<\/p>\n

6. Laws<\/strong>
\nAppli\u00adcable national laws and regula\u00adtions, indus\u00adtrial minimum standards, ILO agree\u00adments, UN conven\u00adtions and all other relevant statutory requi\u00adre\u00adments must be strictly complied with.<\/p>\n

7. Freedom of association and right to collective bargaining<\/strong>
\nAlter\u00adnative options for independent and free organi\u00adsation and bargaining must be assured in cases or countries where the right to freedom of association and collective bargaining are restricted by law.<\/p>\n

8. Prohi\u00adbition of discrimination<\/strong>
\nAny form of discri\u00admi\u00adnation on the basis of a person\u2019s gender, age, religion, caste, social origin, disablement, ethnic and national origin, natio\u00adnality, membership in a labour organi\u00adsation incl. union, political conviction, sexual prefe\u00adrence or other personal charac\u00adte\u00adristics will not be tolerated.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u201c1\/2\u201d][vc_column_text]9. Wages<\/strong>
\nWages paid for regular work hours, overtime and overtime diffe\u00adrence must meet or exceed the statutory minimum wage and\/or relevant industry standard. Unlawful or unapproved wage deduc\u00adtions are not permitted. If the minimum wage is insuf\u00adfi\u00adcient to cover the cost of living or does not allow for addition free income, companies are required to pay their employees an adequate wage that meets these requirements.<\/p>\n

10. Working hours<\/strong>
\nOvertime is strictly voluntary. The weekly working time of 48 hours must not be exceeded. Employees have the right to at least one day off work after six conse\u00adcutive workdays.<\/p>\n

11. Health and safety<\/strong>
\nClear regula\u00adtions and processes must apply to the workplace. These must be observed without exception. Work methods and condi\u00adtions that would contravene human rights are prohibited.<\/p>\n

12. Child labour<\/strong>
\nAny child labour is prohi\u00adbited. Child labour is defined in the ILO agree\u00adments, the UN conven\u00adtions and national legis\u00adlation. The most strict and stringent standard is the one to be observed. The explo\u00aditation of children in any form is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n

13. Forced labour<\/strong>
\nWe have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to forced labour of any kind.<\/p>\n

14. Environment and safety<\/strong>
\nThe statutory minimum requi\u00adre\u00adments for the handling of chemicals, waste, hazardous substances, emissions and waste\u00adwater as well as their disposal must be observed or exceeded. We promote environ\u00admen\u00adtally friendly products and production processes wherever possible and expedient.<\/p>\n

15. Packaging<\/strong>
\nBecause packaging design is an important aspect in the prevention of waste, KH Boddin GmbH requires its supply partners to limit packaging materials to the necessary minimum. The company also supports the increased use of recyclable materials.<\/p>\n

16. Coope\u00adration with suppliers<\/strong>
