……your future role in international trade at KHB

  • You will manage the ongoing develo­pment of a defined area within the segments dealing with chemical raw materials segment and chemical/pharmaceutical inter­me­diate products.
  • You are respon­sible for purchasing and sales on the basis of your own negotiation results
  • You are capable of mastering the entire process with expert skill and thereby assure that our partners receive the level of service our company has become synonymous for.
  • Your focus is on nurturing existing partner­ships as well as actively developing new business opportunities
  • Your initial main sales market will be Western Europe
  • You will purchase from sources around the globe, with a parti­cular focus on Asia
  • You will plan and conduct purchasing and sales negotia­tions with our business partners (including on-site)
  • You will manage the pricing policy within your area of responsibility
  • The planning and achie­vement of your perfor­mance goals and the future direction of your area of product management respon­si­bility are to be shaped by your own hands.
  • Inter­di­sci­plinary coordi­nation with other in-house specia­lists (supply chain management, QM, finance and accounting) are crucial elements of our active processes and the corporate culture at KHB.

  • Several years of profes­sional experience in inter­na­tional sales and purchasing in one of our specialist business segments – (chemical, feed, pharmaceu­tical, food additives)
  • Commercial mindset / hands-on mentality / used to unsuper­vised work
  • Personal integrity combined with a creative mindset
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong focus on delivering excellent service to customers and suppliers
  • Strong acqui­sition performance
  • Good under­standing of merchandise management systems and MS Office
  • The desire and skillset to develop sustainable long-term business relati­onships (win-win approach)
