A) Preface as part of the Supplier Code of Conduct
KHB is committed to ethical, socially responsible, ecological and economic corporate governance.
Our commercial activities, raw materials / products and services are part of a comprehensive supply chain that extends from the manufacturer to the place of use and beyond.
This is why it is necessary to take a holistic view of the supply chains and make continuous efforts to optimize the sustainability aspect.
We expect our suppliers do follow suit in the best interest of a trusting and sustainable cooperation.
To facilitate these objectives, we have developed the Supplier Code of Conduct, which provides suppliers with specific orientation and defines the basic requirements to be met for a successful cooperation between the supplier and KHB.
This Supplier Code of Conduct has been adapted and supplemented in its requirements to the United Nations Global Compact. It is based on national laws and international conventions, such as the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
